Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. An RMA number is required. Custom/special-order items are non-returnable unless defective. Restocking fees up to 20% may apply. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
All products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty only. Spinevolt provides no additional warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer. All warranty claims must be processed through Spinevolt.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not contractually guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier pickup. Spinevolt is not liable for delays due to carrier issues, customs holds, or events beyond our reasonable control.
